Hi girls, please see the below information to help guide you through ordering. This item is a PREORDER therefore is NOT in stock now and will be delivered according to the timescales below. Please see below for more Information.
Sizing: In regards to sizing with Pangasa, they are true to size and do not require sizing up. The hats are smaller sizing therefore I would recommend sizing up with the hats only. 12M Fits 12-18M.
Payment Options: You have 3 Options regarding payments.
Option 1: Pay £30 Today - The rest will be collected prior to your delivery time slot.
Option 2: Pay 50% Today - The rest will be collected prior to your delivery time slot.
Option 3: Pay in Full Today.
I will contact you via email or whatsapp for the outstanding balance. This balance would be collected via bank transfer, in store via card machine or cash is also accepted in store.
Returns: Pangasa items are made to order therefore are NOT REFUNDABLE. You can however if required, exchange or receive a credit note.
Delivery Time Slots:
Order Before 15th July (DROP 1) : Early September Delivery
Order Before 10th August (DROP 2) : End September Delivery
Order Before 15th September (FINAL): End October Delivery
Fur Options:
All jackets, snowsuits and hats are available in Faux fur and Fox fur. Please if you are ordering a jacket and hat ensure that you have selected the same fur for both otherwise they will be slightly different and not match exactly for example a fox fur jacket would require a fox fur hat to match. Fox fur differs slightly in colour as the fur is natural and can be slightly different to images.
