Standard Mainland UK delivery is charged at £3.95. Orders over £100.00 will not be subject to a delivery charge, and will be sent to you free of charge.
Processing time for all orders is 1-2 days. Please allow up to 5 working days to receive your order. However, we always try to process orders on the same day with next day dispatch.
Please ensure that the delivery address is correct. We will not be held liable for any failed deliveries. You will be notified, via the email address that you provide, once your order has been dispatched so please ensure that this also is correct.
Any baby clothing that you wish to return, must be sent back to us within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns are to be paid by the customer and we will not be held liable for any losses that may occur during third party postage. We therefore recommend that you take the appropriate measures to secure any item that you are sending via mail or courier. We will not process any returns made 14 days after purchase date.
Once your refund has been received and inspected, we will notify yourself that we have received your refund. You will also be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Please contact us at Little Cubs before you return any items. We will then give you instructions on how and where to send your return.
Items returned must be sent back with the original labels or tags and in the original packaging. We will not accept returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without the original labels or tags. These items will be sent back to the sender and no exchange or refund will be issued.
All refunds will be credited to the card/account used for the initial purchase. Refunds issued will not be inclusive of any shipping/delivery costs that may have been incurred when placing the order.
